1. Service Cancellation & Refunds:
  • If you cancel a service before work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Once the project has started, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed.
  • No refunds will be provided for completed and delivered projects.
2. Subscription-Based Services:
  • Refund requests for subscription-based services must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • If the service has been utilized beyond this period, no refund will be provided.
3. Custom Software Development:
  • Due to the nature of custom software development, refunds are not offered once the development phase has begun.
  • Any disputes regarding quality or deliverables should be addressed through our support team.
4. Training & Consultancy Services:
  • Refunds for training sessions will only be issued if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
  • If you are unable to attend a session, we may offer rescheduling instead of a refund.
5. Processing Time:
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
